I (Kay) was born and raised in Green County, Wisconsin. I have been a Monticello resident since birth, and was raised in a down to earth farming family and community! I have been married to Dan Freitag for many wonderful years, and I am blessed successful adult children and amazing grandchildren, and hopes of more to come as I love being surrounded by a family who stays close to its roots.

I began as a property and casualty insurance agent with Rural Insurance in 1989 through 1993.  In 1994 I was presented with an opportunity to work with Prime Vest Financial Services, at the Bank of Monticello, where I grew in knowledge and experience.  Then in January 2010 I opened my door as the owner of Freitag Financial Services, and what a grand adventure it has been. It has been a blessing to meet a phenomenal abundance of great people while practicing financial services in southern Wisconsin.

My friends, family, clients, and the community are my passions. Relationships have tremendous meaning to my life, and I value to high quality relationships I have built while growing up, and being an active mother, wife, grandmother, friend, and businesswoman throughout my life in Monticello.
